No premature conclusion
We do not confuse an occurrence, a potential and a demonstrated resource. Every decision relies on verified information, a risk assessment and compliance with the applicable authorisations.
In practice, a field observation only becomes a conclusion once it has been cross-checked, dated and discussed internally. As long as information is missing, we say so and stay at the previous stage: less spectacular, but it is what allows resources to be committed at the right moment, without needlessly exposing teams or the environment.

01 01 Reading the ground
Before any decision, we go and look. Access and track reconnaissance, outcrop survey, observation of watercourses, soils and regolith, description of visible indications and reference photographs. Every observation is dated, located internally and compared with the available geological documentation. The goal: understand how the area is naturally organised before committing any heavy means.

Organising, cross-checking and interpreting the data that supports decisions.

Field observations are combined with public data, topographic bases and available imagery. We check the consistency of the sources, discard whatever cannot be traced and produce internal documents used only to prepare the next decision. Nothing is presented as a result until the information has been cross-checked.

Planning of teams, resources, safety and logistics according to actual needs.

A phase only starts once it is organised: right-sized team, verified skills, checked equipment, risk assessment, movement plan, accommodation, supplies and a stop-work procedure. Logistics are proportionate to the real need of the phase, never to a stated ambition.

Moving from one stage to the next is conditional: sufficient information, controlled risks, valid authorisations. If anything is missing, we go back to the previous stage rather than move forward blindly. This discipline protects people, the environment and the credibility of the company.
