MINERALIS

01 — the company

A Gabonese company built for the long term

MINERALIS develops and supports mineral exploration and development projects. Its approach combines field knowledge, organisation, compliance and step-by-step progression.

identity

Demanding environments, where the quality of the preparation matters as much as the execution.

We bring together the skills, tools and partners required to carry out the work in a structured, documented way, proportionate to the stage of each project.

MINERALIS favours a cautious reading of data. We do not confuse an occurrence, a potential and a demonstrated resource. Every decision must rely on verified information, a risk assessment and compliance with the applicable authorisations.

Vision

Turn geological knowledge into responsible, durable projects, serving a better structured Gabonese mining industry.

Mission

Identify, study and advance mining projects methodically, while protecting people, data and natural environments.

our permits

Four exploration permits in Gabon

MINERALIS carries out its work on exploration permits granted by the Gabonese State. Their exact location and results remain confidential; only their province and purpose are presented here.

Lassio

Alluvial and primary gold

Exploration permit · Ogooué-Lolo

Precambrian greenstone belt: tracing current and ancient drainages to locate alluvial accumulations, then working back to primary sources.

Methods

  • Desk study: satellite imagery, regional magnetics, terrain models
  • Stream sediment sampling and panned concentrates
  • Soil and rock sampling upstream of indications

Okok

Alluvial and primary gold

Exploration permit · Woleu-Ntem

Archean basement of northern Gabon: survey of tributaries and former river banks, mapping of outcropping quartz veins.

Methods

  • Foot reconnaissance by light, mobile teams
  • Panning and concentrates on the main tributaries
  • Quartz vein mapping, supported by portable magnetics

Ntoum

Primary gold and platinum-group metals

Exploration permit · Estuaire

Monts de Cristal: gold is sought in bedrock within shear corridors, platinum-group metals in the intrusions of the Kinguélé Suite. Alluvial work is only a targeting tool.

Methods

  • Georeferencing of historical work and detailed mapping
  • Rock sampling: contacts, shear and sulphide zones
  • Laboratory analyses with quality control before any interpretation

Abanga

Primary and alluvial gold

Exploration permit · Moyen-Ogooué

Central Gabon migmatite belt, iron formations and extension of the Kinguélé Suite: permit at desk-study stage.

Methods

  • Review of the geological map and terrain model
  • Identification of favourable indications and drainages
  • Preparation of the first field reconnaissance

platinum-group metals — Kinguélé Suite

Exploring for platinum-group metals in the Monts de Cristal

The Kinguélé Suite is a set of ancient mafic and ultramafic intrusions (orthopyroxenites, bronzitites, peridotites, harzburgites, norites, gabbros). Some of these rocks are of interest for platinum-group elements; since Kinguélé platinum is not necessarily tied to classic sulphides, the work combines chemistry, petrography and mineralogy.

Target elements

PlatinumPalladiumRhodiumIridiumRutheniumOsmiumAssociated gold

Priority settings

  • Cumulate layers rich in orthopyroxene, olivine and bronzite
  • Contacts between ultramafic units, norites and host rocks
  • Fractured, brecciated or cross-cut zones
  • Visible or disseminated sulphides: pyrrhotite, pentlandite, chalcopyrite, pyrite

Approach

  1. 1Georeference former prospects and historical work
  2. 2Map the geometry of the mafic and ultramafic bodies
  3. 3Sample fresh outcrops, never selecting on visual appearance alone
  4. 4Analyse by fire assay adapted to PGE, nickel sulphide collection and ICP-MS finish, with blanks, duplicates and reference materials
  5. 5Confirm every anomaly with independent samples
  6. 6Test continuity with profiles, trenches and targeted geophysics; drilling only follows a coherent surface target

The Kinguélé Suite offers genuine exploration interest, particularly for platinum. No economically exploitable concentration has been demonstrated at this stage: the goal is to determine whether regional anomalies reflect isolated enrichments or continuous horizons.

Our work takes place where preparation makes the difference.

our values

Five requirements that structure our decisions.

01

Rigour

We verify before concluding and document every important decision.

02

Responsibility

We adapt our operations to human, social and environmental risks.

03

Integrity

We refuse irregular practices and maintain traceable professional relationships.

04

Respect for the ground

We operate with restraint and limit disturbance to actual needs.

05

Progression

We move forward in stages, based on results obtained and authorisations available.
