Health and safety
Mission preparation, the competence of the people involved, equipment checks, risk assessment and the authority to stop a dangerous task are the basis of our approach.

03 — our commitments
The commitments of MINERALIS regarding safety, environment, ethics and local relations are built in from the preparation of the works.

Mission preparation, the competence of the people involved, equipment checks, risk assessment and the authority to stop a dangerous task are the basis of our approach.

We seek to limit disturbance, protect watercourses and soils, prevent pollution and restore the areas affected by our operations.

MINERALIS prohibits corruption, informal payments, undisclosed conflicts of interest and any falsification of documents or data. Institutional and commercial relationships must be legitimate, documented and auditable.

We value information, respect for local practices and the handling of observations from the people concerned. Local employment and purchasing are encouraged whenever skills, quality and safety conditions allow.

02 — our charters
Our internal charters are written, shared with everyone involved and applied from the preparation of each mission.
Health, safety and field intervention conditions.
Environment, territories and social responsibility.
Integrity, conflicts of interest and traceable relationships.

Operate with restraint, leave the environment able to recover.

Our internal charters frame every mission. For any institutional question, write to us.
