03 — our commitments

Requirements that accompany every project

The commitments of MINERALIS regarding safety, environment, ethics and local relations are built in from the preparation of the works.

01

Health and safety

Mission preparation, the competence of the people involved, equipment checks, risk assessment and the authority to stop a dangerous task are the basis of our approach.

Safety briefing before departure, protective equipment visible.
02

Environment

We seek to limit disturbance, protect watercourses and soils, prevent pollution and restore the areas affected by our operations.

Clean forest watercourse, no machine in the water.
03

Ethics and compliance

MINERALIS prohibits corruption, informal payments, undisclosed conflicts of interest and any falsification of documents or data. Institutional and commercial relationships must be legitimate, documented and auditable.

Sample documented in the field, unreadable map: data traceability.
04

Territories and communities

We value information, respect for local practices and the handling of observations from the people concerned. Local employment and purchasing are encouraged whenever skills, quality and safety conditions allow.
